Be Strong
 
Be strong and courageous, don't be afraid, nor be dismayed 
For the Lord, your God is with you
Wherever you go.

And those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength,
They shall mount up with wings like the eagles.
They shall run, not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.
Have I not commanded you?

Be strong and courageous, don't be afraid, nor be dismayed
