Be Still And Know
 
1. Be still and know that I am God, 
Wait for the still small voice;
Nor faint beneath the chast'ning rod, 
Make holiness your choice. 
 
2. Feed on the bread of present truth, 
So shall your faith be strong,
Learning of Christ will be enough 
To keep you from all wrong. 
 
3. Ask for His sweet humility, 
That lowliness divine;
Submit to His simplicity, 
Cling to the heav'nly vine. 
 
4. Fruit you shall bear, whate'er your age, 
Glory from you will shine;
Your story then on ev'ry page, 
The Saviour will assign. 
 
5. Glory to God the Father be, 
Glory to His dear Son;
Glory to His sweet Spirit be, 
While endless ages run.
