Mystery of God

1. God dwells in sinful flesh! A mystery indeed;
Divinity bestowed to man thru Christ the promised Seed.

How marv’lous are His ways!
That earthen vessels, we,
Can house the precious treasure
Of sinless divinity.

2. Adopted as His sons, we have His life within;
And by His pow’r can overcome the tendencies to sin.

3. Let light and life shine forth to manifest God’s grace;
His character revealed in us by Christ in ev’ry place.
