1. Be faithful in the little things, in this does God delight,
The smallest duties done with care are precious in His sight.
Each little job done cheerfully, God’s ev’ry word obeyed,
Will fit us for a higher trust and richly be repaid.

2. A call to pray’r neglected, or some service left undone
