Lord, Create in Me a Clean Heart

Lord, create in me a clean heart,
    Renew a righteous spirit within my soul.
And cast me not from Your own presence;
    And take not away Your Spirit from me.
Restore unto me now the joy of Your salvation;
    And with Your own willing Spirit keep me close to You.
Then will I teach transgressors of Your holy ways;
    And sinners shall be returned;
    And sinners shall be returned
    Unto their Father;
    Unto their Father!
