There was no room in the Inn for Jesus my Lord,
There was no room in the Inn for Him.
But if you heed His dear call, there’ll be room for your soul
In that place He’s prepared for you.

My Lord says there’s room enough,
Room enough in my heaven for you;
My Lord says there’s room enough,
Don’t stay away.

Don’t stay away, brother,
Don’t stay away, sister,
Don’t stay away, brother,
Don’t stay away.

Because there’s plenty good room,
Plenty good room,
Plenty good room,
In my Father’s kingdom;
You just choose your seat and sit down.

Because there’s plenty good room,
Plenty good room,
Plenty good room,
In my Father’s kingdom;
You just choose your seat and sit down.

There was no room in the Inn for Jesus my Lord,
There was no room in the Inn for Him.
But if you heed His dear call, there’ll be room for your soul
In that place He’s prepared for you.

Hymnal #:
Performers: Men’s Choir (International Seminar 2000)
Time: 2:16

Note: One of our ministers from South Africa, John Hlapane, used to occasionally attend the International Seminars in Dickendorf, Germany. He usually led these men’s choral pieces. He never handed out music notation, nor could he read it. He simply instructed each person what to sing, and then conducted them. I wasn’t actually in on his training sessions, but heard about it, and met him a few times. Many of the people in South Africa sing naturally, in their parts, without any formal musical instruction. It seems to be in their blood!

    Hello, I’m not sure what you are asking for. If you want the lyrics in a PowerPoint show, just create a new PowerPoint, and copy and paste the lyrics into a text box. The resources provided here are free to use, but we leave others to further use them as they wish. It does require a bit of work at times, though! If I have misunderstood you, please ask again.
